ANDREWS; KARLA ANN TROYER A/K/A KARLA ANN ANDREWS are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on January 29, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
