Key; Country Walk Homeowners' Association, Inc. a/k/a Country Walk Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Heather C. Key are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of February, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
