NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-004697 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which FI MORTGAGE TRUST 2022-1, A DELAWARE STATUTORY TRUST, is the Plaintiff and EMBRACE TAMPA BAY VILLAGE LLC is the defendant, Victor Crist, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida on January 12, 2026, at 10:00 am the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
