DBA BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES, Plaintiff and WENDY ALTIDOR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WENDY ALTIDOR; GOODLEAP, LLC; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF ITS AGENCY, THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are Defendant(s), Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on January 15, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
