BREWER, et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Pinellas County:
Lot 17, Block 35, of Mainlands of Tamarac By the Gulf, Unit 1B, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2965, Page(s) 89, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on January 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST to the highest and best bidder online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
