Suggs; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Rayford K. Suggs a/k/a Ray Ford K. Suggs, Deceased; Rosemarie Suggs a/k/a Rosemarie Krupop; Ronald Kenneth Suggs a/k/a Ronald K. Suggs; Brenda Jane Dillon a/k/a Brenda Dillon a/k/a Brenda J. Suggs are the Defendants, that Laura Roth, Volusia County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.volusia.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of March, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
