Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1/27/2025, in Case No.: 53-2023CC-008747-0000-00 of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE RIDGE AT SWAN LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JOSE ALBALADEJO, et al., is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 3/24/2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 219, The Ridge at Swan Lake, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 146, Page(s) 38 through 40, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
