NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Stipulated and Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2025, and entered in 2019CA003484000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF CSMC 2018-SP3 TRUST is the Plaintiff and HILDA ROGERS; BRIDGEFORD CROSSING HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; BML CONTRACT SERVICES, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 563 LAKE DAVENPORT TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 15, 2019 are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 28, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
