SOLTERRA RESORT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
AMENDED NOTICE OF MEETINGS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025, NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSIONS, AND NOTICE OF WORKSHOPS

The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Solterra Resort Community Development District (“District”) will hold their regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2025 at 5200 Solterra Boulevard, Davenport, Florida 33837, on the first Friday of every month at 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise indicated as follows:

May 2, 2025
June 6, 2025
July 11, 2025
August 1, 2025
September 5, 2025

The February 14, 2025, and April 4, 2025 meetings will begin immediately after the adjournment of the public workshops discussed below. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from the District Manager's Office, Vesta District Services, 250 International Parkway, Suite 208, Lake Mary, Florida 32746; or by phone at (321) 263-0132.

In accordance with sections 119.071(3)(a) and 286.0113(1), Florida Statutes, a portion of the regular meetings may be closed to the public, as it relates to details of the District's security system plan. The closed sessions may occur at any time during the regular meetings and are expected to last approximately thirty (30) minutes but may end earlier or extend longer.

The Board will also hold public workshops in conjunction with the regular meetings of the District at 8:00 a.m. on February 14, 2025 (“Amenity Workshop”) and at 9:00 a.m. on April 4, 2025 (“Budget Workshop”). No Board decisions shall be made at the public workshops.

The Amenity Workshop is being held for the purpose of reviewing and revising the District's adopted amenity policies. The Budget Workshop is being held for the purpose of discussing the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget.

The regular meetings and workshops (together, “Meetings”) will be open to the public, except for those portions of the regular meetings which may be closed to the public in accordance with sections 119.071(3)(a) and 286.0113(1), Florida Statutes, and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida law for community development districts. The Meetings may be continued to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at such Meetings.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at the Meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager's Office at (321) 263-0132, at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1, or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY) / 1-800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Manager's Office.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the Meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
