NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024CA000540CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2004-NC1, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Donna Lefebvre a/k/a Donna Lee Lefebvre a/k/a Donna L. Lefebvre, deceased; Ashley Rose; Ryan Lefebvre; Discover Bank, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 27th day of February, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2470, BEACON SQUARE, UNIT 21-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
