ANDERSON; CHRISTOPHER E. ANDERSON A/K/A CHRISTOPHE E. ANDERSON ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIELDSTONE MORTGAGE COMPANY; WF HIL 2020-2 GRANTOR TRUST C/O WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE; PALM LAKE ESTATES OF PALMETTO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on March 06, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
