NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed January 31, 2025, and a Final Judgment of Foreclosure docketed May 13, 2024, and entered in case 11-2023-CA-002468-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein DAWATEE C. LIEU and SABRINA DEVI LIEU are the Plaintiffs, and WALKER MUSIC and TOTAL HOME ROOFING, LLC f/k/a ANGI ROOFING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, are the Defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2025 on the 1st floor in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
