NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 09, 2025, and entered in 2024 CA 001975 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BRIAN GEERY, DECEASED; EILEEN CELIS; THE 101 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 25, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
