NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY
THE HARBOR BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the Harbor Bay Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of intent to develop, amend and adopt rules and rates related to the use and enforcement of use of the District's access and entry gates and costs incurred by the District arising from gate strikes and damage to gates caused by users. The purpose and effect of the rules and rates is to provide for efficient and effective District operations and enforcement, as provided by Section 190.035, particularly in connection with the District's entry and access gates and recovery of costs related to gates strikes and damage to District gates caused by users. Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.011(5), 190.011(15), 190.012(3), 190.035, 120.54, and 120.81(2), Florida Statutes.
A public hearing will be conducted by the District on March 20, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the MiraBay Clubhouse located at 107 Manns Harbor Drive, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572.
