Final Judgment was awarded on January 23, 2025 in Civil Case No. 23-CA-016115, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, GROUNDFLOOR PROPERTIES GA LLC is the Plaintiff, and LOGISTICAL INVESTMENTS LLC, A GEORGIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; JOHN LEWIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
