VEGA A/K/A MARIA FRANCES VEGA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS; STONE CREEK POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ; THE UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION N/K/A BILL ATHERTON are the Defendant(s).
