Final Judgment was awarded on September 30, 2024 in Civil Case No. 22-CA-002282, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AEGIS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES is the Plaintiff, and MATILDE ROMAN A/K/A MATILDE NINO ROMAN; UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A HENRY ROMAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 12, BLOCK C OF MILWOOD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 87, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
