Notice of Public Meeting
The Board of Supervisors of CC Community Development District will hold its Auditor Selection Committee Meeting and rescheduled Board Meeting on Thursday, February 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at 2260 SW 4th Street, Cape Coral, FL 33991.
The Auditor Selection Committee will review, discuss and rank the proposers the proposals received to perform the audit for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, as previously advertised in accordance with Florida law. The rescheduled Board meeting will take place following the Auditor Selection Committee meeting where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, PFM Group Consulting LLC, located at 3501 Quadrangle Blvd., Suite 270, Orlando 32817, (407) 723-5900, during normal business hours, or from the District's website http://cc-cdd.com/.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
