From the Northwest corner of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 24 East, run South 89°30'05” East along the North line of said South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 1832.40 feet, thence South 0°06'50” West 440.00 feet to the Point of Begining, thence South 89°30'05” East 100.00 feet, thence South 0°06'50” West 54.98 feet, thence North 89°36'10” West 100.00 feet, along the South line of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 26, thence North 0°06'50” West 55.11 feet to the Point of Beginning.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Brian C. Chase, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3902 N. Marguerite Street, Tampa, Florida 33603, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court wither before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the action.
