NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of January, 2025, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-003875, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACK F. MALTESE A/K/A JACK MALTESE; JACK F. MALTESE A/K/A JACK MALTESE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 1st day of May, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
