NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on January 16, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-CA-005667 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein APC CS TRUST is the Plaintiff and ATLAS NY REAL ESTATE LLC, A NEW YORK LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is the Defendant. The Clerk of the Court, Kevin Karnes, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://lee.realforeclose.com, on February 20, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 36 AND 37, BLOCK 77, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 6, PART 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1758 SANDY CIRCLE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33904 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
