NOTICE IS HEREBY given as required by an Amended Final Judgment of Lien
Foreclosure - Count I entered in Case No. 2023-CC-6480 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, where CORONADO CONDOMINIUM OWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC. is the Plaintiff and FRANK BISHOP and DIANNA BISHOP and all others claiming by, through or under FRANK BISHOP and DIANNA BISHOP as the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the March 6, 2025, the following described property in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: Unit 6, Building D, CORONADO CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 30, pages 44 to 59 incl.; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 3499, page 3188, and subsequent amendments thereto, public records of Lee County, Florida.
