NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 01/15/2025, entered in Case No. 2024-CA-001912 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WINDRIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and HEATHER R. MURRAY, et al., are the Defendants, Stacy Butterfield, Clerk of Court of Polk County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of March, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 24, WINDRIDGE, according to the Plat thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 128, Pages 17 and 18, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
