Final Judgment was awarded on January 31, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2023 CA 000089, of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Flagler County, Florida, wherein, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; VANESSA LUTRICIA MCCALL; BWANA RAY MCCALL; PHYLENA MAE MCCALL; ZENJA L. Moody Blvd., Bldg. 1, Civil/Criminal Dept 2nd Floor, Bunnell, FL 32110 on March 28, 2025 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, SAM BROWN SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 1 PUBLIC RECORDS OF, FLAGLER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
