NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 30, 2025, and entered in Case No. 08-2022-CA-000806 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Catherine Mullane, Rotonda West Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Emmett Pierson, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 17th of March, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
