NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consented Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2025, and entered in Case No.: 2023 CA 5262 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SUSAN OLIVER AS SURVIVING SPOUSE OF SIMON OLIVER, DECEASED is Plaintiff, and WHITE SANDS INVESTMENT GROUP, INC, a Florida profit corporation, ALLEN R. JENKINS, JULIE A. JENKINS, CITIBANK, N.A., UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION NO. 1, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION NO. 3, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of April, 2025, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
