NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 30, 2025, and entered in Case No. 412018CA000425CAAXMA of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and TINA A. RODRIGUEZ A/K/A TINA K. RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TINA E. RODRIGUEZ A/K/A TINA K.
