NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY
THE TARA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 1

The Tara Community Development District 1 hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt revised and/or new rules and fees related to operation of its recreational facilities and related infrastructure. The new and/or revised rules and fees are proposed pursuant to Sections 190.011, 190.012 and 190.035, Florida Statutes, as amended. The purpose and effect of the revised rules and fees is to address the efficient operation of the District's recreational facilities and related infrastructure. Specific legal authority for any rate amendments includes Sections 120.54, 190.011 and 190.035, Florida Statutes, as amended and applicable.

A public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Supervisors of the Tara Community Development District 1 on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, during a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the Tara Community Center, 7340 Tara Preserve Lane, Bradenton, Florida 34203.

Any person desiring a copy of the preliminary draft of the proposed rules, protocols and policies may promptly obtain a copy, without cost, by contacting the District Office, 313 Campus Street, Celebration, FL 34747, or telephone (813) 382-7355.

The public hearing may be continued to a date, time, and place approved by the Board on the record without additional publication of notice.
