REVOCABLE TRUST
TO: JAN BEAVERS MYROW, if living and if no longer living, to her descendants surviving her and all parties having or claiming interests by, through, under of against JAN BEAVERS MYROW.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a lawsuit to reform the Earl Beavers Revocable Trust has been filed against you in the above-referenced court, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Scott H. Carter, Dunlap & Moran, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 3948, Sarasota, Florida 34230-3948. within 60 days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This Notice shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Sarasota County Business Observer.
