NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled Case Number 2024 CC 007034 NC, in the County Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 2611A, HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1368, Page 1482 through 1546, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 14, Pages 16 through 16H, and amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
With an address of 2611 Pine Lake Terrace #A, Sarasota, FL 34237, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on March 27, 2025 at 9:00 am. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.

YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A LAWYER OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ASSIGN YOUR RIGHTS TO ANYONE ELSE IN ORDER FOR YOU TO CLAIM ANY MONEY TO WHICH YOU ARE ENTITLED. PLEASE CHECK WITH THE CLERK OF THE COURT OF SARASOTA COUNTY, WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS AFTER THE SALE TO SEE IF THERE IS ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE FORECLOSURE SALE THAT THE CLERK HAS IN THE REGISTRY OF THE COURT.
