YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Declaratory Judgment has been filed against you to have the Peak Property and Casualty Insurance Company policy #11409296778 that was issued to Daizsa S. Byrd on March 14, 2024, declared null and void from inception for misrepresentations, omissions, concealment and incorrect statements that were material to the acceptance of the risk and the hazards assumed. You are further notified that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Robert E. O'Connell, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P. O. Box #5084, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442, telephone number (561) 999-3250, on or before 03/14/2025, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court.
If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer or similar publication with circulation in Hillsborough County.
