NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered in Case No. 2024-CA-007215 on January 7, 2025, in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein RMC Holdings, LLC, Plaintiff, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described below to the highest bidder, for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of March 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
