NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2025 and entered in 24-CC-6427 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein Charm-B Inc., is the Plaintiff and 5801 Middlesex Inc., Strongbox Investments Inc., and Real Realty Solutions, Inc., are the Defendants. Victor D. Crist as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 am on March 12, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK A, LAKE SHORE RANCH - PHASE II A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 1001 Harvest Moon Dr., Seffner, FL. 33584.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statute, Section 45.031.
