NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Joint Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on January 23, 2025 and the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 18, 2023, in Case No. 19-CA-007908 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Notelink Financial, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Surviving Spouse, Grantees, Assignee, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By Through Under or Against the Estate of Vivian A. Virgil A/K/A Vivian Virgil, Deceased, Regina L. Virgil, Stephen Virgil and Stephanie Virgil Gaines, are Defendants, the Office of Victor Crist Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 28th day of March, 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
