NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of February, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-CA-007741 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SECURED INVESTMENT HIGH YIELD FUND II, LLC, AN IDAHO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and PLEASANT KINGDOM INVESTORS GROUP LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; HEROLD GERMAIN; ASSURED DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC.; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION IFTHE ABOVE DEFENDANTS ARE ALIVE AND IF ONE OR MORE OF SAID DEFENDANTS ARE DEAD, THEIR UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ALL PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR AGAINST THEM; AND ALL PARTIES CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of March 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 3, YBOR HEIGHTS GIBSON & HOBBS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE EAST ½ OF THE CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
