Notice Is Given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 29, 2025 in Case No. 24-CC-004297 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which SUMMERLIN PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and PRARAZ BUILDERS, LLC is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on April 03, 2025, the following described property set forth in the order of Final Judgment:
Lot G, of SUMMERLIN PARK, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 64, at Page 72, in the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
