Professional Engineering and Related Services Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida, Inc (Cypress Cove) is a private nonprofit (PNP) organization operating a Florida-licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community at 10200 Cypress Cove Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33908. In collaboration with FEMA Public Assistance (PA) funded projects, Cypress Cove needs to conduct a Campus Wide Hazard Mitigation feasibility study to prevent flooding of facilities during storm surges at the Cypress Cove 48-acre campus. Cypress Cove is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Engineering Firms to conduct land surveying, feasibility study, design, and construction administration services in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian Flooding.
Interested firms may submit one (1) original qualification statement and one (1) copy in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the firm and the words “RFQ for PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND RELATED SERVICES” delivered to the Cypress Cove Commons Building Main Reception Desk at 10200 Cypress Cove Drive, Fort Myers Florida 33908 by 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 28, 2025.
All questions relating to this RFQ must be received by February 21, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. and must be in writing and e-mailed to Mr. Jeff Dunkle, Vice President of Financial Services at [email protected].
