NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 12th of December 2024, in Case No. 23-009450-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SEASONED CREDIT RISK TRANSFER TRUST, SERIES 2017-2, AS OWNER OF THE RELATED MORTGAGE LOAN, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, DANIEL DORRITIE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL DORRITIE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of March 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
