Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, JEFFERY E MERRY SR A/K/A JEFFREY MERRY SR A/K/A JEFFREY MERRY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFERY E MERRY SR A/K/A JEFFREY MERRY SR A/K/A JEFFREY MERRY; JONATHAN LEE MERRY; JOSHUA SPEIR MERRY; JEFFREY MERRY A/K/A JEFFREY MERRY JR; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; GOLDEN SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of March 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
