NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2025, and entered in Case No. 36-2024-CA-005363 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, not individually
but solely as trustee for FINANCE OF AMERICA STRUCTURED SECURITIES ACQUISITION TRUST 2019-HB1, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Richard Prigge, deceased; Allen Bonder, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Richard Prigge, deceased; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27 day of March, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
