NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 17, 2025, in Case No. 24-002827-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Texas Flipco Financial, LLC is the Plaintiff, and BK Ingoldsby Holdings, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company and City of St. Petersburg are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on March 4, 2025, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
