NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2019-CC-000345, in the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC., is the Plaintiff and IAN MOHAMMED, POTENTIAL HEIR OF JESSIE L. MOHAMMED, DECEASED, LORRAINE QUADROS, POTENTIAL HEIR OF JESSIE L. MOHAMMED, DECEASED are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of March, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 33, Block 3061, Village 7, Neighborhood 6, POINCIANA SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof in Plat Book 61 at Pages 29-52 of the of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
