NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on February 6, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-005628-0000-00 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein PLANET HOME LENDING LLC is the Plaintiff and CAROLYN LEE MOORE AND JORDAN LEE MOORE, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on March 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 130 FEET OF THE NORTH 132 FEET OF LOT 1, R.C. LANGFORD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 7B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY FLORIDA, LESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR ORANGE AVENUE.
and commonly known as: 905 MOUNT PISGAH RD, FORT MEADE, FL 33841 (the “Property”).
