NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-001191 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Gregory Louis Crumbly a/k/a Gregory L. Crumbly a/k/a Gregory Crumbly are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on March 14, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
PART OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4, RUN NORTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY THEREOF 313.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 40 MINUTES 40 SECONDS WEST 285.83 FEET, THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 23 MINUTES 40 SECONDS WEST 419.65 FEET, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 35 MINUTES 20 SECONDS EAST 288.73 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 419.65 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
