NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2025, and entered in 11-2023-CA-002142-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff and ULRIKE GERDA UNKEL; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CROWN POINTE SHORES COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; ADELYNN JUDE ROMANO, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ANN MARIE ROMANO, DECEASED; ADELYNN JUDE ROMANO are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on March 13, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 201, BUILDING 10, CROWN POINTE SHORES II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2318, PAGES 2600 THROUGH 2672, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
