McLeary, deceased, File Number 2024 CP 006180 SC, by the Circuit Court for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237; that the decedent's date of death was October 8, 2024; that the total value of the estate is exempt personal property and tangible personal property valued at $7,694.11 and that the name and address of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:

ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
