Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 14, 2024, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOTS 31, 32, 33, 34 AND 35 INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 13, BEVERLY TERRACE, UNIT NO. 2 AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 126, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4229 N LOCKWOOD RIDGE RD, SARASOTA, FL 34234; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on MAY 13, 2025 at 9:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
