Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 02/10/2025 in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida legally described as:
Unit #75, BROOK TO BAY RESIDENTS' COOPERATIVE, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1811, Pages 0001 through 0028 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with that certain mobile home located thereon.
Commonly known as: 1891 Englewood Rd., Lot 75, Englewood, FL 34223.
In an online sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, beginning at 09:00 a.m. On March 31st , 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
