NOTICE OF MEETING
The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Mangrove Point and Mangrove Manor Community Development District (“District”) will hold a regular meeting on March 14, 2025 at 9:45 a.m., at the offices of Forestar, 4042 Park Oaks Blvd., Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33610.
The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to consider any business which may properly come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, c/o Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, Ph: (561) 571-0010 (“District Manager's Office”), during normal business hours or by visiting the District's website, https://mangrovepointmanorcdd.net/.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
