Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein M19 FUND, LLC, Plaintiff and 7607 LA MESITA COURT, LLC, et al. are Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 30th day of April 2025, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 7607, Building 3600, THE GREENS OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY, a condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4381, Page 1167 and Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 1, both of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, IF ANY, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
